Influence – Blogtrip to the Guadeloupe Islands Riviera

The customer brief – Customer needs & objectives :

The aim of this operation was to promote the destination and introduce people to the Guadeloupe Islands Riviera through unique, off-the-beaten-track experiences, by involving travel influencers to give visibility on their networks and create content about the destination. Several partners took part in this operation: Air Caraïbes, la Riviera des Îles de Guadeloupe, Caribbean Soul Trip, le Relais du Moulin and la Créole Beach Hotel & Spa, who helped organize the trip and provide the group of influencers with unique experiences.

The answer we came up with & Actions taken :

To carry out this blogtrip, we first had to draw up a brief based on the expectations of the client and partners, in order to have all the necessary elements in terms of the influencer profiles sought, content creation and the messages to be conveyed during this operation.

We then thought about influencer profiles to promote the destination on social networks. Several profiles were proposed to the Riviera des Îles de Guadeloupe and its partners. In all, 5 travel influencers took part in this operation: My Sweet Cactus, Pinketcetera, Jeyxplore, Joowbar and Leopask, who spent 6 days discovering the Riviera des Îles de Guadeloupe. These are travel-, lifestyle- and adventure-oriented profiles with strong social networking communities and inspiring content, perfect for showcasing a destination.

Alongside the selection of profiles, we coordinated with the Guadeloupe Islands Riviera Tourist Office, Air Caraïbes and Carribean Soul Trip for the blogtrip program and the activities to be enjoyed over the 6 days.

Once everything had been validated by the partners, we put together the program, sent it to the influencers and accompanied them before, during and after the blogtrip.

We then drew up a report on this influence mission, using the statistics provided by each of the influencers in order to analyze the impact on social networks.

Qualitative results / Products

Each influencer produced between 2 and 4 posts, as well as 1 or more Reels and a few daily stories throughout the blogtrip.
