Content creation for the Viva Wyndham V Samana hotel in the Dominican Republic

The customer brief – Customer needs & objectives :

As part of its renovation and the opening of a new building with new rooms, Viva Wyndham called on Travel-Insight to renew its photo and video library. The hotel wanted to showcase young couples on vacation by giving them a real customer experience. Far from a classic photo shoot, the aim of this content creation was to produce authentic photos and a video of the hotel through which travelers could identify.

The answer we came up with & Actions taken :

The shoot was planned in advance, starting with the selection of models in the Dominican Republic. We chose two couples with different skin tones, so as not to be too communitarian in the communication, and to be able to use the content in the different markets the hotel wanted to target. Thanks to our local network, we were easily able to find several models and make a selection to leave the choice to the customer. Once Viva Wyndham had selected the models, we worked on the artistic side of things, with a schedule based on the shooting days for the various video scenes and photos to be produced. On location, we also managed the models’ outfits, make-up and hair, and of course all the shooting. It was an intense two-day shoot, but the expected results more than lived up to expectations!

Benefits obtained

We produced over 100 photos for the hotel and a global video presentation.

All the photos and video will be used on Viva Wyndham’s social networks, as well as on billboards in Canada, the USA and the Dominican Republic.
