Social Media – TikTok from the Dominican Republic

The customer brief – Customer needs & objectives :

The Tourist Office wanted to continue promoting the Dominican Republic on networks and increase the destination’s visibility, while reaching out to a new target: Millenials.

The answer we came up with & Actions taken :

To meet these objectives, we set up this TikTok account for the Dominican Republic, which we manage on a monthly basis. This social media platform is ideal for inspiring and entertaining Internet users, and making them want to visit the destination. By positioning ourselves on TikTok, we’re sure we’ll be able to reach a younger target audience, because that’s where all today’s Millenials are.

Each month, we publish several posts based on current trends, highlighting the destination through inspirational content. We take care of selecting the content provided by the destination or that we have on our side, formatting the video and publishing the content. Each TikTok highlights the sites to visit, the culture, the landscapes to discover and the experiences to have in the destination. The aim is to help TikTok users discover the Dominican Republic through video content that inspires them to discover the destination through beautiful, dynamic and inspiring content.
