Our customer’s brief & issues

Convious is the ally of players in the leisure and tourism sectors (theme parks, museums, tourist attractions…). Thanks to a Saas e-commerce platform, Convious develops a range of customized digital tools that work thanks to Artificial Intelligence (but also to their super team of developers). Their tools are designed to support their partners in improving the visitor experience and boosting e-commerce performance before, during and after their visit, by offering them a smoother navigation adapted to their needs.

Before, during and after your visit.

As part of their participation at Museum Connections, Convious’s objective was to encourage a hundred of their prospective visitors to visit their exhibitor stand, by attracting their attention before they came to the show. The aim was to create a first physical contact around their business and the Convious solution, and to generate qualified leads.

The agency’s creative position

For this operation, Convious chose to give three of their prospects tickets to Roland Garros. And what better way to attract prospects than with a good story, tinged with mystery?

The Travel-Insight team has therefore created a scenario inspired by historical reality. Roland Garros, a seasoned aviator who died on the front in 1918, left behind a woman he had loved madly, Marcelle, as well as 5 secret copies of his edifying memoirs on the beginnings of aviation, but also on the First World War. These memoirs, lost and then found, were first published in 1966; the complete version was not published until 2016.

Based on these facts, our team imagined the following scenario: before his death, in his will written on the front line, Roland Garros entrusts Marcelle with the copies of his memoirs kept in a safe under lock and key, and gives her a list of trusted people from which she must choose 3.

Unable to choose, Marcelle ends up mixing the keys with others, and sends a letter and a key to each person on the list…

You guessed it, this list is none other than that of our client Convious’s prospects! Each receives a sealed letter containing a key… and learns that a mysterious chest will be on the Convious stand at Museum Connections. Each of them could literally hold the key to the mystery!
