Representation model
Destination representation in France, built to last
A three-step model designed for tourism boards who need one accountable partner running strategy, press, social media and trade in France, with proof of continuity over years, not months.
How our representation model works
We run one strategy from Paris and activate it on the ground, with monthly reporting that shows exactly what was delivered against your objectives.
1. A central mandate, led from Paris
Every mandate starts with a strategy built in Paris: positioning, branding, content, social media, priority-market press relations and travel trade relationships. This is where your destination's French-market playbook is written and owned.
2. Local activation through our network of 35 agencies worldwide
When your mandate extends beyond France, we hand off execution to a specialised partner agency of our international network in that market, which applies the central strategy locally. You keep one point of contact; we keep the line consistent across markets.
3. Continuous, documented cooperation
Every market receives a monthly impact report; you receive a consolidated global report. Strategic video calls keep priorities aligned, and B2B/B2C opportunities are flagged as they arise, not batched into a year-end summary.
Mandates built to last
Our client relationships are measured in years, not campaigns, a signal of consistent delivery and renewed trust.
- Madeira Promotion Bureau: representation since May 2024, across France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland
- Cabo Verde: 360° representation (consulting, PR, social media, trade) since 2025
- Dominican Republic: three years of continuous representation
- Argentina (INPROTUR / VisitArgentina): multi-year trade programme with recurring roadshows
What's included in a representation mandate
Strategy, content, social media, press relations and trade sit under one mandate, so nothing falls between two agencies.
- Market strategy & positioning for France (and Europe via our international network)
- Brand content production adapted to French audiences
- Social media management and creator partnerships
- Press relations with national and regional French media
- Travel trade activation: roadshows, workshops, e-learning, trade shows

Frequently asked questions
- How long is a typical representation mandate?
- Mandates typically run for a minimum of one year and are designed to be renewed annually. Several of our current mandates, Madeira since 2024, Cabo Verde since 2025, the Dominican Republic for three years, show the model works best as a sustained relationship, not a one-off campaign.
- What does the mandate actually cover?
- Every mandate is scoped around your priorities, but the core includes strategy and branding, content production, social media, French-market press relations and travel trade activation. Scope is agreed upfront and reviewed at renewal.
- How do you report on results?
- You receive a monthly impact report per market plus a consolidated global report, alongside strategic video calls. Reporting covers media coverage, advertising value equivalency where applicable, social performance and trade activity.
- Can you activate several markets at once?
- Yes. The central strategy is built once in Paris, then activated market by market through our network of 35 agencies worldwide, 7 specialised agencies covering 35+ markets, so you scale without renegotiating a new brief for every country.
